Mrs. Elizabeth M. Burns, age 98, of Douglasville, GA, passed away December 20, 2016. She was born June 12, 1918 in Roscoe, NY. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Harold Burns; daughter, Marjorie Bartchi; and several brothers and sisters. Mrs. Burns worked as a Postal Worker with the United States Postal Service and was of the Methodist faith. She is survived by her son, Gary Burns; four grandchildren; and several brothers and sisters. Funeral services will be held on Friday, December 23, 2016 from 10:00 until 11:00 EST from Colonial-Bryant Funeral Home in Livingston Manor, NY.
