Ms. Tyson was preceded in death by her father, James Franklin Allen.
She is survived by two sons, Anthony Bates and wife Shannon and Jason Bates and wife Tabatha; one daughter, Christy Gould and husband Dave; mother, Myrl Janelle Allen; brother, Charles Allen and wife Beth; sisters, Lynn Allen, Janice Hulsey and husband Teddy, and Susan Morgan and husband Leon; six grandchildren, Abby, Elic, Mavric, Toryn, Micah and Weston; as well as a number of nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday, February 9, 2016 from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM. The funeral service will be Wednesday, February 10, 2016 at 3:00 PM in the Rosehaven Chapel with Reverend James Biddy officiating.
