Carolyn could be a force to be reckoned with; her tough and hard-working mentality was instilled in her at an early age. She was an amazing wife to her husband of over 53 years, Edward Hall. In addition to being a supportive wife and mother she also worked as a loan coordinator for Freddie Mac. Until recently and against her family’s wishes she would still get on a ladder to clean the barn. Ms. Hall also had a soft compassionate side. She was a member of Assembly of God Tabernacle for over 40 years. She enjoyed tending to the roses in her garden, and loved to take care of, nurture, and support her grandchildren with autism.
Ms. Hall was preceded in death by her parents, Walter and Lennie Clayton; her husband, Edward Hall as well as 6 siblings. She is survived by her daughter, Angie Nester and her husband, John and grandchildren, Connor Edward Fox and John McRae “Mac” Nester Jr.
Graveside services will be held at Sunrise Garden of Memories 11261 Veterans Memorial Hwy, Douglasville, Georgia 30134. Wednesday, October 25 at 2pm. Whitley-Garner at Rosehaven Funeral Home and Memorial Park is honored to serve the family of Ms. Carolyn Clayton Hall.
