Billy Wade O'Hearn Jr.

Billy Wade O’Hearn, Jr., age 58, of Douglasville, Georgia, formerly of Harris County, Georgia, passed away Saturday, July 27, 2024. He was born November 24, 1965 in Columbus, Georgia. A devoted husband, loving father and grandfather, Billy was a true family man, working hard to provide for his family. He proudly served his country as a Veteran of the U.S. Navy. Billy also had a great sense of humor and was quite the prankster. In his spare time, he loved to fish for largemouth bass.

Those left to cherish his memory are his beloved wife of 24 years, Laverne O’Hearn; sons, Johnathon Risinger (Krystal), Jeffrey O’Hearn and Jayden O’Hearn; daughters, Ashley Childs (Eric) and Brittany Hamrick (Danny); father, Billy O’Hearn, Sr. (Maryann); mother, Diann O’Hearn (Mick); sister, Marie Walden; grandchildren, Kenzie, Mina, Macklin, Madelyn, Bubba, Kynleigh, LillyBugs, Lucas, Evelynn, Floyd; soon-to-be two new grandchildren, Axel and Cannen; as well as numerous other extended family members and a host of friends. Billy was loved by all who knew him, cherished by his family and will be missed by all.
