Barbara Sue Bryan

She was born in Atlanta, Georgia on January 13, 1944, the daughter of the late Oliver B. Cole and the late Stella Mae Deese Cole. Barbara had worked in food service for a number of years as a manager with McDonalds. Her life centered around her family. She adored them and was a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Barbara loved being the nanny and taking care of her grandchildren.

Barbara is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law, David and Shelly, Chris and Barbara E. Bryan, daughter, Diane McCormick (Bobby Good), sister, Diane Flake, seven grandchildren, sixteen great-grandchildren and nephew, Lonnie Teitsort.

In addition to her parents, her brothers, Donald Cole, and Blondean Benjamin precede her in death.

The family will receive friends at Whitley Garner at Rosehaven Funeral Home on Friday, March 8, 2024 from 1:00 until 3:00 p.m. The funeral service will begin at 3:00 p.m. with cremation following the service.
