Ann Shirley Rader Offutt

Ann Shirley Offutt of Villa Rica, Georgia, passed away on Monday, March 31, 2025. She was born in Nallen, West Virginia, and she is the daughter of the late Mr. William H. Rader and Mrs. Audris O. Rader.

Ann was a passionate gardener who found peace and joy in nurturing her plants, cultivating a beautiful garden that brought her great satisfaction. She also had a deep love for reading, often escaping into books that sparked her imagination and broadened her mind. Above all, Ann cherished the time spent with her family, creating lasting memories and offering love and support. Her home was always filled with laughter, warmth, and the simple pleasures of life.

In addition to her parents, Ann is preceded in death by her husband, Carroll Ray Offutt; son, Andrew Lee Hart; and her sister, Gloria Bean.

Left to cherish her memory are her daughter, Angela(Eddie) Miller; brothers Phillip(Renee) Rader and Joe(Cindy) Rader; daughter-in-law Vickie Hart; grandchildren Jillian(Cody Thompson ) Owens, Charles “Chas” (Candice) Owens, Cassie(Dugg) Camp, and Carly(Austin Quinn) Hart; and her great- grandchildren, Connor, Cooper, Eli, Sophia, and Jackson.

Funeral services are scheduled for Saturday, April 5, 2025, at 11:00 AM at the Whitley Garner at Rosehaven Chapel.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday, April 4, 2025, from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM.
