Ivy Mae Landry

She is survived by her daughters Andrea Delatte (Guy), Vicki Dorr (J.C.) and daughter-in-law Pam Landry. She was known as “Granny” to her 8 grandchildren; Erin Lindgren (Todd), Paul and Sarah Delatte, Jay (Janee), Will and Nick Dorr, and Haley and Hannah Landry. She was GG to great-grandchildren Andrew and Cameron Lindgren and Ivy Jane Dorr.

She is preceded in death by her husband Raymond, Bob, Landry, her parents Cyprien and Julie (Landry) Comeaux, son, Rene Landry, sister, Mary Ann Coupel and brother, Russel Comeaux.

Visitation will be held at St. Jules Catholic Church in Belle Rose, LA, on Wednesday, September 4, 2022, beginning at 9:00 am until Mass at 11:00 am, conducted by Father Tomi Thomas. Burial will immediately follow at St. Elizabeth Church’s cemetery in Paincourtville, LA.

Pallbearers will be her grandsons Jay Dorr, Paul Delatte, Will Dorr, Nick Dorr, and her nephews Brent Comeaux and Derrin Coupel.

In Lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Elizabeth or St. Jules improvement fund or the Bridge to Independence program at Nicholls State University, P.O. Box 2035, Thibodaux, LA 70301. The family wishes to extend their sincere thanks to St. Joseph Hospice and Chateau D’ville Rehab and Retirement Center. A special thanks goes out to her caregiver, Catherine Smith.
