Barbara was a devoted wife to her late husband Charles for over 60 years. She, along with Charles dedicated their lives to taking care of Charles' parents, Marie Hidalgo Blanchard and Charles Sr. She also enjoyed her work with clients at her sister Brenda Caballero's hair salon. She will be missed greatly by those who loved her.
Barbara is survived by her loving son, Kevin, of whom she was immensely proud; two sisters, Brenda Caballero and Gail Underhill; and two brothers, Rickey Hebert and Kenneth Hebert.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Claude and Maude Hebert; her husband, Charles Blanchard Jr.; and two brothers, Gene Hebert and Claude "CJ" Hebert Jr.
A visitation for Barbara will be held on Tuesday, November 19, 2024 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at Ourso Funeral Home, until the funeral services to begin at 11:00 AM. An interment will follow at St. Jules Catholic Church Mausoleum.
