Albert Jones

On July 28, 2023, Albert Jones peacefully departed this life on earth to a land that is free from all illness, sorrow, and pain at Rapides General Hospital in Alexandria, LA. He was a native of White Castle, LA and a resident of Donaldsonville, LA. At the time of his death he was 76.

He leaves to cherish his memory, his daughter, Jeanette Davis and grandchildren, Dillion and Keagan Davis, all of Donaldsonville, LA; three sisters, Lillie Julien, Darrow, LA, Mary L. Phillips (Marion), Chapel Hill, North Carolina, and Bernice Jones Preston (Vincent), Baton Rouge, LA;one brother, Lawrence Jones (Mary), Gonzales, LA; a devoted and loyal friend,

Bobby Bell and a host of other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Alex and Bernice Jones; two sisters, Ethel Jones and Ruby Martin; one brother, Alex Jones Jr.; a nephew, Kristopher Marcus Preston.
