With great sadness we announce the passing of Mark Harvey Lipchitz, 73, of Dallas, Texas, on June 4, 2023. Mark was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York to Samuel and Shirley Lipchitz. In 1977, he married Elaine (Markowitz) and shortly after moved to Dallas, Texas in pursuit of a business opportunity. It was in Dallas that Mark and Elaine decided to raise their 3 children, Bryan, Caron, and Michael. Mark quickly learned to love the Dallas Cowboys and football Sundays revolved around game time. However, despite living in Dallas for almost 45 years, he never lost his love for the New York Yankees or an authentic slice of New York Pizza. He also never lost his strong Brooklyn accent. All who knew and loved Mark would describe him as a funny, strong willed, opinionated man with a confident exterior and a gentle interior.
