Dorothy Spiegel

Dorothy Spiegel, on May 13, 2012 (Mother's Day) at 98 years old. Devoted mother of Lenore. Loving grandmother of Glenn (Marilou) and Keith (Urte). Great grandmother of Julie, Catie, Morgan and Conner. It is the end of a generation for this family. She would of been 99 in July. We all felt so fortunate to have her in our life for this amount of time. We still can't help feeling that that we wanted her to stay longer. We kept telling everyone we would have a huge celebration for her 100th birthday. We really expected her to make it but we guess God had other plans. She was so much a part of our lives, we almost can't see the world going on without her. She was alert, funny, sometimes even fresh until the last day of her life. This was a blessing. Dorothy was loved by her family and friends, she worried about everyone especially her daughter Lenore. We are all going to miss her so much.
