Clare Gail Vann age 69 of Commack, NY passed away on Tuesday, April 12, 2016. Clare is survived by her beloved husband Allan, as well as her loving children Robert and Lisa. May her memory be eternal. Funeral services will be held at IJ Morris Dix Hills on Thursday April 14, 2016 commencing at 10:00am with interment to be followed at the Mt. Ararat Cemetery in Farmingdale, NY. Shiva will be observed at the Vann residence (28 Abbey Dr. Commack, NY 11725) Thursday immediately following services through Sunday.
