A devoted husband and father, William is survived by his beloved wife, Sandy Spencer; his daughter, Josette Anna Marie Spencer; and his brother, Kevin Spencer. He was preceded in death by his parents.
For over two decades, William owned and operated a parking lot sweeping business, dedicating 21 years to building and maintaining a successful enterprise. His commitment to hard work and perseverance left a lasting impression on those who knew him.
Such as has he was a devoted follower of Christ. He never missed an opportunity to talk about the Lord. He helped and encouraged others with his vast knowledge and wisdom regarding the Bible and its teachings. His Biblical wisdom was more than just knowledge it was a gift from God.
William’s life was marked by love for his family and dedication to his work. May his memory bring comfort to those who knew him.
