In January 1952, Naoko married the love of her life, Katsumi Noji, in Las Vegas at the Wee Kirk O' the Heather chapel. Their devoted marriage spanned 69 years until Katsumi’s passing in October 2021. Together, they built a close-knit family and a life filled with warmth and affection.
Naoko is lovingly remembered by her children: Robert Noji (Judy), Cynthia Noji, and David Noji (Patricia). She also leaves behind her brothers Masanao Konatsu and Masaaki Konatsu; grandchildren Dustin Noji (Leslie), Derek Noji (Kellie), and Daniel Noji (Ariane); and great-grandchildren Ethan, Paisley, Hudson, Mason, Holden, Owen, Olivia, and Bale Noji.
She was preceded in death by her husband Katsumi Noji, her parents Masato and Kima Konatsu, and thirteen siblings.
Naoko was known for her ever-present smile and deep affection for her family. She cherished time spent with loved ones and was especially fond of giving warm hugs that brought comfort to all. A spirited woman with a zest for life, she enjoyed visiting the casino and embraced every moment shared with those closest to her.
A viewing will be held on Friday, April 25, 2025, from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at Dopkins Funeral Chapel, 189 South J Street, Dinuba, CA 93618. Naoko will be laid to rest privately at Reedley Cemetery District alongside her beloved husband.
Her memory will continue to bring joy and comfort to all who knew her.
