Earl & Jane,   Our condolences to you both.  Ruby was a one of a kind individual, she made you so comfortable at her home as well as Earl.  We had some great memories of them both when we did ski doing at Lake Jolly.  May she REST IN PEACE.

Dear Jane & Earl,

Our most sincere condolences on the loss of Ruby.  What a cheerful, positive person she always was.  Many good memories of her and stopping to talk while she hung clothes on the line.  Also, great memories of going to church with her and sitting in the pew right in front of her and Earl.  Salt of the earth people.   We are so thankful for having known her.  Thinking of you at this sad time.

Dear Jayne and family, we lived just down the road from Ruby and Earl, saw them walk nearly every day out for their daily stroll as they got older. Ruby was such a smiley person when you met her. We missed them both when they had to move away. I know you are in a better place Ruby and now time to rest.

Ruby was a loving person and always quick to greet parishioners at the church entry with her husband Earl. She always made you feel warm and welcomed. I will always remember her quick wit and loving kindness. She was a wonderful person and will be sadly missed(especially her warm hugs).

Jane, I send my sincere condolences to you.  I love this picture of her.  I remember she always welcomed me at your house.  We always seemed to be asking our Moms if one or the other of us could stay for supper.  She always made me feel like part of the family.  You and your Dad are in my thoughts and prayers.  We know your Mom is happy and glowing with joy today.

We are so sorry to hear of Ruby’s passing. She is the sweetest, loving and thoughtful friend! She loves the Lord and loved talking about Him and His love for us all. 
We ladies spent many years doing a personal bible study at each other’s  homes! We had two wonderful leaders...that brought the Word to us! We loved her cottage too! Wonderful memories! 
Earl and Jane we are so sorry for your loss! Thank you Earl for your friendship as well! We pray for the Lord’s peace and strength for you and family and friends at this time! Ruby is with her Saviour! Praise You Jesus! ♥️

A wonderful woman, pleasant and had the gift of hospitality .  We  certainly enjoyed our visits and talks with both she and Earl. Sending our sincere sympathy, love and prayers.

Sincerest sympathies for you, Pooh, as you say goodbye to your Mom.  Your stories of your earlier days, and the way she either looked the other way, or was completely unaware of your activities painted a picture of a very kind woman who loved her daughter unconditionally. That is a precious gift.

We have lost a wonderful friend. Ruby & Earl was a wonderful & caring couple.
We cherished their friendship with many cups of teas , sharing many meals & great memories.(when you entered Ruby's home that was the first thing she ask" Would you like a tea ", with always a delicious snack.) They were always ready for fun ,adventure & always had time for people. they really enjoyed having company. Ruby would say  "Why do you
  want to be with us old folks." I would say "You are not old, you guys are so young in heart."
We will hold all of  these memories in our hearts forever.

Earl & Jane:

We are saddened to hear of Ruby's passing, we are extremely sorry for your loss.  We moved into the house across the street in 1978 and lived there until 2009.  I have many wonderful memories of Ruby and Earl as they watched our children grow up - Earl always referring to the boys as "his boys".  Ruby was always there to listen and pour a cup of tea - and she always made you feel special when she brought out the china tea cups. (I would have been happy with a mug).  Come Christmas time she was always concerned that her tree looked good from my view . (Ruby - it always looked great!)  On a few of my visits she would be decorating her tree and just pass me the box of ornaments saying, "your tree always looks so nice - finish mine".  Ruby was one of a kind ~ Always loved, forever missed.

Thinking of you Earl at this sad time,I remember you and Ruby coming to visit with my parents in Port Royal.Her smile is what I will always remember.

Ruby and Earl were our next door neighbors and you couldn’t ask for better ones! Ruby was a great cook and sometimes when I would come home there would be a loaf of brown bread hanging on my doorknob and I knew it was from Ruby! She was a very kind, loving person and will be missed by all who knew her! RIP Ruby, till we meet again!❤️
