Lisa was predeceased by her father, Wallace Eugene “Bene” Mosher. She leaves behind, with loving memories, her two beautiful daughters, Lacey Iaquinta (Tony) of Calgary, AB and Lexi Falkingham of Kelowna, BC; the love of her life, her grandson, Luca Iaquinta; as well as her mother, Leona Mosher of Digby, NS; her big brother, Waylon Mosher (Karen); nephew Mitch (Brooke) of Digby, NS; and niece Micaella (Lance) of Texas, USA and Bill Willman. Lisa was blessed to have such a large extended family so many very special friends that she loved with all her heart, including her Nana, Heather Burlingham of Digby, NS. They helped to inspire her, and they supported her in her journey. Lisa touched, and was touched by, so many that it would be impossible to list them all.
Lisa never stopped fighting her battle (to live for her girls and her sweet grandson) until the very end. She was always the one to think of helping others, from the homeless to friends & family; she was the first to jump in and help anyway she could.
The family would like to thank everyone for their kindness and support at this time, with special thanks to Kathy Thompson and the staff at the Kelowna General Hospital ICU, your care and compassion will never be forgotten.
A Celebration of Life will be 2pm June 3, from the Digby Wesleyan Church, Pastor Andrew Maves officiating. Reception to follow at The Villages of Mountain Gap Resort, 217 Highway 1 Smith's Cove, Nova Scotia. Both will be live streamed from: https://fweb.tv/101095
Lisa, we will love and miss you always.
