Trimper, Linda May, age 74 of Mount Pleasant, Digby Co., passed away April 4 2024 in the Digby General Hospital. Born in Digby, she was a daughter of the late Claude and Mary (Mullen) O’Neill. She loved her family, grandchildren and great grandchildren. She enjoyed old country music, bluegrass and camping. Linda is survived by her husband L. Steve; sons, Doug (Paulette) and Allen all of Mount Pleasant; sister, April Dunn, Alberta; brother, Alan (Wendy) O’Neill, 9 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren as well as several nieces and nephews. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by son, Steve Trimper Jr.; sister, Jenny and grandson Cody Trimper. Visitation will be 6-8pm on Wednesday, April 10 with funeral service at 1pm on April 11 both from Jayne’s Funeral Home, Digby. Rev. Mark Cress will officiate with burial in Union Cemetery, Culloden. Donations in memory can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or to the Union Cemetery of Culloden.
