Genesta Faye Marshall

Genesta enjoyed laughing with family and friends, was dedicated homemaker, mother and wife. Genesta worked at a number of hospitality jobs throughout her years as a military wife. She was very craft minded and liked to crochet. She also had a passion for baking and cooking in the kitchen.

Genesta is survived by her husband, Alex (Abby) Marshall; daughter, Arnesta (Bill) Chatterton of Nackawic, NB; son, Thomas Clyde Marshall of Quispamsis, NB; 5 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren, 2 step grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Besides her parents, Genesta was predeceased her daughter, Bonnie Darlene Marshall, sisters, Virginia, Winifred, and Mildred. Genesta was the last surviving member of her immediate family.

Cremation has taken place under the care of Jayne’s Funeral Home.

Donations in memory may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the TLC Animal Shelter.
