Carole May Weir

Carol’s family , her children and her grandchildren, were her pride and joy. She was a cook most of her life and she also ran the baseball field canteen for years. She loved going to dog shows with the love of her life, and her grandkids. She was always volunteering her time and always ready to lend a helping hand . She loved music, dancing and wrestling.

Carol is survived by her husband Joe Weir, daughters Judy (Mike) Seeley, Joanne (Anthony ) Ryan, Tammy Gannon, sisters Velvet (John) Weir, Judy Morganty, brother Orlando Morganty “OJ”, grandchildren Missy Seeley (Chris Marshall), Craig Seeley, Angela Ryan (Jimmy Smiley), Colby Gannon, Samantha Handspiker, great grandchildren William, Mykal, Emily, Jesse, Logan, Maddie, great-great grandchildren Skylar, Brayden and Hope and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased sisters Sharon, Bonnie and Heather. No visitation by request.

Funeral arrangements are under the care and direction of Jayne’s Funeral Home, Digby. Donations in memory can be made to the Nova Scotia Alzheimer’s Society, the Villa Acadienne, Meteghan or to the charity of your choice.
