Suzanne Gay Hopkins, 72, of DeWitt, MI passed away at her home unexpectedly August 03, 2023. She was born January 16, 1951 to Charles and Betty (Gaylord) Hopkins. She loved rescuing animals, gardening and her favorite place in the world, Crystal Lake. She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Betty, brother Tom Hopkins, and many loving pets. Surviving to cherish in her memory are her niece Amanda Kay Hopkins, nephew Samuel Charles Hopkins and lifetime family friends on Cove Trail at Crystal Lake. A private memorial will be held for family and close friends.
