Ralph G. McCain

He was very well known in the Lansing area due to the many years that he and his wife owned and operated Ralph McCain Auto Sales, Inc. Everyone that knew him loved him; he was such a generous and loving man who will be missed by so many.

Ralph was born December 19, 1932 in McKenzie, Tennessee to Willie G. and Mary Snead McCain. He married the love of his life, Roberta, on January 31, 1954 and together they raised five children. Ralph was preceded in death by their oldest daughter, Patricia Ann Simpson, along with his brothers, Joe and Bill McCain.

Surviving family members include three sons, Mike (Robin), Mitch (Debbie), Bob (Amy) and one daughter, Susan (David) Howland; 11 grandchildren; and 13 great grandchildren. He also leaves behind one sister, Mary Nell Butt.

The family would like to thank the staff at Sparrow Hospice House of Mid-Michigan for all the wonderful care and compassion they showed while Ralph was in their care. A private service will be held in his honor

with arrangements by Gorsline Runciman Funeral Homes DeWitt Chapel. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Hospice House of Mid-Michigan.
