Marjorie J. Brown

Marjorie J. (Nevins) Brown, born August 7, 1929, passed to be with her Lord and Savior Sunday, February 9, 2014, at the age of 84. She is survived by her children, Rodger (Debbie), Judy (James) Fish, Gary, Cheryl Tickner, and Russell (Vivian); 17 grandchildren; 38 great-grandchildren; and 4 great-great grandchildren. Preceded in death by husband, Jack in 1995; daughter, Nancy; son-in-law, Terry Tickner; daughter-in-law, Debbie Hawk Brown; grandsons, Donald Tickner and Derrick Brown. Marjorie worked for Meijers, Bridal Concepts and was the organist for New Testament Assemblies Church. Funeral services will take place at 12:00 noon on Tuesday, February 11, at Gorsline Runciman Funeral Homes, 205 E. Washington in DeWitt. Family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service at the funeral home. Those desiring may make contributions to the family in memory of Marjorie J. Brown.
