Ken was an employee of Schafer’s Bakery until his retirement. He loved to camp, snowmobile, travel in his motor home and enjoyed fishing with his father-in-law and also hunting with his brothers-in-law. Ken liked to work on cars and paint cars. His daughter, Judy, worked on the cars with him. She enjoyed learning and getting her hands dirty. He made sure his children could change a tire and check oil before they could take their cars out to drive.

He is survived by his wife of 64 years, Nancy (Stephenson) Harder; children, Judy (David) Hunt, Ken III, Dee (Jay) Lara; and grandson, Jason (Hannah) Lara. He is also survived by brothers, Ron (Kathy), Doug (Cheryl), Bruce (Cherie), and Brian (Ruth); and sister, Vicki Kik.
