Jeanette Teresa Krause, age 80, of Dewitt, Michigan passed away on Monday August 13, 2018. Jeanette was born on May 11, 1938 in Grosse Pointe Woods.
She was preceded in death by her infant son Eddie. Surviving are her children; Kevin (Deidre) Krause, Eric (Nancy) Krause, grandchildren; Danielle, Jenna, Nicklas, Riley Krause, and brother Arthure (Ruby) Giessler.
Jeanette throughout her life explored many different careers including work as a restaurant owner, breeding sheep, operating a farm, and driving a bus. Her favorite moments were time spent with her family, being outdoors in the garden and caring for her fish.
In keeping with her wishes, cremation has taken place and a private family memorial service will be held in September.
