William R. Kluge

William R. Kluge was the beloved husband of Maureen Kluge for 67 years. He was a devoted Father, Grandfather, and Great-grandfather. He was a resident of Des Plaines, Illinois for over 60 years where he raised his family and provided for them by working for Victor Comptometer. He was a devoted Catholic and Parishioner of St. Zachary's Church. William served in the Army in the early 50's installing communication lines in the Alaskan wilderness. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. He enjoyed camping and fishing with his children and grandchildren. A husband, father, and grandfather who will be truly missed.

A visitation for William will be held Thursday, May 4, 2023 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Oehler Funeral Home, 2099 Miner Street, Des Plaines, IL 60016. A visitation will be held Friday, May 5, 2023 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at St. Zachary Catholic Church, 567 W. Algonquin Rd, Des Plaines, IL 60018 following a funeral mass at 10:00 AM. An entombment will be held Friday, May 5, 2023 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at

All Saints Cemetery, 700 N. River Rd., Des Plaines, IL 60016.
