It is with sorrow that I have belatedly learned of your mother's passing. She was a wonderful person. I hold many happy memories of her. When I visited your family home, she was so bright and cheerful, always making me feel most welcome. Please know that I will remember her and the rest of your family in my prayers.

Dear Family of Liz,

I can't tell you how much I enjoyed working with Liz.  She was such a special lady and cared so much about her work and people.  For years, we used to have career days at the sales office for flight attendants who no longer wanted to fly and still wanted a career at our airline.  Month after month for many years we would conduct these seminars.  It was such a great accomplishment and fun for all of us.  We used to look forward to those days when we could catch up on life and make a positive impact.  There were so many people who's life she touched.  
Please know that your family is in my prayers and the many thoughts of your loss. I have thought of her many times over the years and hope that her retirement was being good to her.
