Betty J. Carlson (nee Sorensen), 74. Betty was born March 16, 1942 in Chicago to the late Sverre and late Alberta (nee Albrigtsen) Sorensen and passed away October 25, 2016. Betty was the beloved wife of Richard Carlson; loving mother of Cherie Carlson and Steven (Gwen) Carlson; dear grandmother of Dillon and Katelyn Carlson. Visitation Sunday from 2-8pm at Oehler Funeral Home, 2099 Miner St. (Northwest Highway/Route 14 at Rand Road), Des Plaines, IL, where services will be held Monday 10am.
