DeQuincy – Marilyn Kay Crawford Nichols, 66, passed away on Thursday, October, 3, 2013 in her residence.
She was born February 17, 1947, and was a lifelong resident of DeQuincy. Marilyn was a member of Brushy Creek Baptist Church. She retired from DeQuincy Elementary Cafeteria.
Marilyn is survived by her husband of 45 years, Alfred E. Nichols; 3 children, Stephen Nichols and wife Jennifer, Victoria Baker and husband David and Aaron E. Nichols; seven grandchildren, Joshua Nichols, Jordan Nichols, Tyler Tolbert, D.J. Jones, Colby Baker, Ryleigh Baker, and Megan Smith; 2 sisters, Carolyn Brown and husband Jerry and Darlene Burnitt and husband John.
Her funeral service will be at 2:00 pm Sunday, October 6, 2013 in Brushy Creek Baptist Church with the Rev. Jerry Hext and Rev. Eddie Ray Hoosier officiating. Burial will be in Perkins Cemetery.
