Henry Lee Smith

He is survived by his brother Lelan W. Perkins of DeQuincy, three sisters Myrtus Camp of Starks, LA., Alva Allemand of Beaumont, TX., Freddie Ann LeBlanc of Erath, LA, along with numerous nieces and nephews.

Henry is preceded in death by his parents Will Smith and Ethel Perkins; sisters O’Neal Perkins, Gussie Wingate, Betty Jane Kaylor; brothers Billy Perkins, and L.O. “Bonny” Perkins
