Carol Ann was born In Galveston, Texas on February 28, 1956 to William and Gladys Stanton. She enjoyed playing online games, watching Star Trek, reading, crocheting and working on puzzles.
Carol Ann is preceded in death by her parents and brother, Dale Stanton.
Those left to cherish her memory are her siblings, Linda Lake of Tacoma, Washington; Barbara Ann
Stanton of Merryville, Louisiana; Steve Stanton of Hemphill, Texas; Evelyn Eastling (Jim) of Minnesota; Neal Stanton (Penny) of Sante Fe, Texas; and Connie Squires (Richard) of Austin, Texas; along with numerous nieces, nephews and other extended family members.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 3 pm on Monday, April 7, 2025 in Hixson Snider Funeral Home. Hixson Celebrant Jody Tyler will officiate. Visitation will begin at 10 am until the time of service. Burial will follow at Hyatt Cemetery in Fields. Those honored to serve as pallbearers are Steve Stanton, Neil Stanton, Steve Stanton Jr., Scott Stanton and Richard Squires II.
