Mr. Crocker was born January 3, 1926 in Keene, NH and lived in New England for the first 18 years of his life. At age 19 he was drafted into the US Army. He served as a Chaplin’s Assistant in World War II and also helped blind soldiers. After the war, he entered Eastern Bible Institute to study for the ministry and served as a Pastor and Evangelist. He later changed professions and worked in the Life Insurance business. He retired at the age of 85.
He is survived by his wife Inge, 5 children (Joanne, Alice, Gloria, Brenda and Erika), 14 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and 2 brothers.
A memorial service celebrating his life will be held at the Waterford at 1900 East Girard, Englewood, Colorado on Saturday September 22, 2012 at 10:00 a.m.
