Robert Henry Casados passed away on March 8, 2018. Robert was born on May 19th, 1945 to Robert S. and Amelia Casados in Tucumcari, NM. He is survived by his wife Carmen of forty years, his children and their spouses Robert Bahr, Lisa Chavez and Ted, Catherine Fisher and Chris, Amanda Speir and Ted, Nicole Axt and Bryon. Robert had thirteen grandchildren, Ryan, Tyler, Jacob, Josh, Bella, Aiden, Carmen, Luke, Taylor, Trey, Rylan, Avery, Sidney and one great granddaughter, Hayden.
Robert is also survived by his brother Eugene Casados and Shirley and sister Lorinda Arguello and Johnny, mother-in-law, Barbara Chavez. sister-in-law, Jeanette Miller and Steve, Juan Chavez and Max Chavez and Margie. Robert was also survived by his godchildren, Kim Tapia, Cheylynne Chavez and Vinny Cronk and many family and friends who loved him and will miss him.
Pallbearers will be Robert’s grandsons, Ryan Bahr, Tyler Bahr, Jacob Chavez, Josh Chavez, Aiden Fisher, Luke Romo Casados and Trey Speir.
A viewing will be March 14, 2018 at 6:00 pm and the rosary will immediately follow at 7:00 pm at Olinger Hampden Funeral Home, 8600 E. Hampden Ave, Denver, CO, 80231. Funeral mass will be on Thursday, March 15, 2018 at 10:30 am, St. Michael The Archangel Catholic Church, 19099 E. Floyd Ave, Aurora, CO 80013. Reception will follow at the Casados Residence.
Robert loved boating, fishing, and most of all hanging out with his grandchildren. We will miss our husband, father, grandpa, brother, uncle and friend.
