Pastor Eloy Lucero, Jr., went to be with our Lord on Friday August 23, 2013. Pastor Eloy was born on February 28, 1957 to Eloy and Mae (Pena) Lucero in Denver, Colorado. He married his wife Diana Espinosa on July 5, 1980. Though he worked as a freight driver his true calling was sharing the Word of God and his Pastoral ministry. He touched many lives in this work and will be truly missed by all that knew him. Pastor Eloy leaves behind a large and loving family including his wife Diana, his 4 children: sons Eloy III and Aaron; daughters Briana and Rachel; grandchildren Caleb, Elaias, Brooklyn and Eloy IV. He is also survived by his siblings; brothers Richard (Eloise) Lucero and Ronnie (Toni) Lucero; sisters Barbara Hickman, Anita Lucero and Roxanne (Mark) Trujillo. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents and his brother James.
