Carol Ann Fuller was born Carol Ann Dean on December 8, 1933 in Fort Lupton, Colorado. She was born to Charles and Nona Dean. When Carol was a few months old her father, Charles, passed away. Carol's mother, Nona met and married Tom Harris a few years later. Her family moved to Longmont, Colorado where she would spend the remainder of her childhood and school days. She was a charismatic student who was noted for her outstanding performance as a drum majorette. She graduated from high school in Longmont in 1951, and moved to the Denver area. Carol worked at the only bank in Aurora, Colorado, which is where she met and fell in love with Ronald Fuller, who she would spend the next 39 1/2 years with. Ronald and Carol built a home on Geneva Street just West of Havana in 1968, and they both remained there until they passed away. They also built a successful plumbing business that Carol managed. Ronald passed away in 1992.
Carol lived a full life of loving and helping others. She chose to give what she could, house her favorite animals, and show love to her family and friends. She was a staple at the Eagles Club and the Elks lodge, she even had her own chair that no one else could sit in. Carol was an animal lover, having over 17 pets she truly adored throughout her life. And don't forget, she loved the Rockies and the Broncos. She was so devoted to both teams that she name all of the players.
Carol joins her parents, Nona and Charles; step-father, Tom; husband, Ronald; companion of 19 years, Tony Cuson; sister, Hazel; brothers, Marvin, Donald, Robert; half brother, Tom, Jr. and her beloved 17 pets in heaven. She leaves many nephews, nieces, and friends to cherish her memory here on Earth.
A visitation for Carol will be held on Wednesday, December 21, 2016 from 12-2PM at Olinger Hampden Mortuary in the Chapel. Carol's funeral service will be held following her visitation hours, also in the Chapel. She will be laid to rest by her husband at Olinger Hampden Memorial Gardens, Chapel of Serenity Mausoleum following her funeral service.
