Cammy- your smile and eyes reflected the most pure emotions of love and happiness.  Every time I looked at you my heart and mind were instantaneously filled with joy and an overwhelming feeling of love for you and the family we are all so lucky to have. A special Angel named Cameron Joe will be felt and seen in every smile I come across, and I will carry with me something you have always made me feel- love, compassion, happiness, and faith.  We all love you so much Cam, rest easy.

Heaven gained a special, special angel last week. Cammy you had a smile that was absolutely contagious and were the epitome of selfless love. You taught us all so much without even knowing it. You taught us how to appreciate life regardless the circumstance, you showed us how to continuously surpass expectations, and most importantly how to love whole heartedly. I am forever grateful for the impact you had and will continue to have on not only my life but on the lives of everyone who was lucky enough to meet you. You gave me so much perspective on life, something I'm so thankful for. 

And to the Hartley's, my second family for as long as I can remember, my heart truly breaks for you. But I can assure you Cammy lived a beautiful life because of how incredibly loved he was by your precious family. Sending so much love and prayers to y'all as you go through this tough time.

Cammy Joe, we love you so much. Even though our hearts are breaking, we smile thinking of all the shoes you took and all the "hmmms" you gave us. God gave us you to learn about love, acceptance, and compassion. He gave us your family to teach us about love, strength, and faith. Todd, Susan, Bella, Beau, and TJ, we love you--you are all amazing.

But most importantly a goodbye smile, laugh, ring from his favorite toy and hug from my cousin Cameron Joe. Visiting the Hartley house will not quite be the same, but I know that Cameron will still be with the family every holiday, picnic and celebration we have. The impact and love that Cameron had on this family is more than words can ever explain. I feel so blessed to have know such a shining, happy, beautiful spirit. 
Cameron said goodbye for one last time here with us, but hello to those who will take care of him above.

Sweet Cameron..his smile was infectious and his eyes touched your soul!  Cameron was pure joy and innocence.  He was loved by everyone that saw his beautiful smile and big brown eyes. Cammy was a  precious gift to every life he touched. He taught our family the importance of compassion, and  the power of a smile. So many memories of him at family gatherings, soccer games, out and about mowing lawns with Todd. His love for social engagement, and his love for shoes!!!  I will miss him immensely, but remember him and the lessons of love and acceptance he taught me. We were all blessed to be a part of his exceptional life!! xoxoxoxo

God certainly got one of the best!  Cameron's smile in every photo is just a reflection of his beautiful soul as well as his emulation and reflection of the happiness and love he was surrounded by.  How lucky he was to be your son, brother, grandson, nephew, cousin and friend...and each of you even luckier to have been touched by Cameron.  Our thoughts and prayers are with all of you.
