I will not forget you. Your light will always shine.

  She was my x-mother-in-law and one of the best. She always treated me like family and I still thought of her has my mother-in-law and I know she thought of me as her daughter-in-law.  I loved her very much and will miss her so much.  I'm sure she is in heaven cooking up a storm for the boys and everybody else there.  Love you Betty!

My roots are in east Denver, but I married into the Welby, Colorado family and thus, the DeLuzio family.  My wife is from the Serravo family.  I have only known Betty since she became a resident of Sunny Acres.  After being told of the seemingly unending number of tragedies that Betty has endured throughout her life, I cannot think of anyone who would be more entitled to be bitter and to disconnect from human relationships.  Yet Betty was exactly the opposite.  Anytime I visited her at Sunny Acres she was most interested in me and my family and that we were well.  Her concerns and interest were much more than daily passing courtesies.  Her interest and concern for us was very very genuine.  If one of us was not feeling well, Betty made it her mission to inquire of us how we were doing until she became satisfied that we were again well.  Betty was a wonderful gentle and kind lady whose middle name "ROSE" could not depict more clearly her inner and outer beauty.  My deepest condolences to the entire DeLuzio family.  I know you loved her very much and will always remember her in your hearts.

Neighbor since I was born it was wonderful reconnecting with Betty at Sunny Acres where she daily joined my aunt Violet Serravo for meals and activities. We will both miss her deeply.  She will be forever in our hearts. All our prayers.

I will miss my cousin Betty very much.She was loved by many and will missed by all. I spent a lot of time with her and her family. I feel lucky to have known her and her family. She was a lovely person who was kind to everyone. I send my love and condolences to Janice and all of Betty's grandchildren. Kathy DeLara

I will miss Betty very much!  As a child I grew up going to Betty's house to play with Janice, my BEST FRIEND EVER. Betty always fed me her Fantastic spaghetti and meatballs whenever she was cooking it. She will always be in my heart and now may she rest in peace.

Many memories of Betty & Romeo down on the farm. Very sorry to hear of her passing. I think of her son Bob daily if not for him I would not be who I am today.
