She graduated with a bachelors in education from Findley College in Ohio and Nuptials were on the campus following graduations. She was in Who's who in America.
Her passions were crosswords, chicken tracks and dominos. She loved recitations of poetry and participated in many collegiate plays.
Because of Bruce's asthmatic condition they moved from Ohio back to Denver, Colorado where they built the family home themselves.
After retirement from teaching she tutored Russian immigrants to assist them in their pursuit of citizenship and did substitute teaching.
She loved music, especially harmonic group singing and sang in a trio with her son and daughter for many years.
She loved the word of God, had desired to be a missionary to China ( never Realized) and weekly led her grandchildren in devotionals and prayers at the dinner table.
She leaves a huge hole in the hearts and lives of all who knew and loved her and will be sorely missed. Her deepest diesire was to have everyone she knew and loved join her at the feet of Jesus.
Heaven has received our greatest and most precious treasure.
- Till we meet again,
