William Joseph Eagan

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M., Thursday, May 23, 2013 at Vilott Baptist Church in Callisburg with Rev. Rick Isham officiating. Burial will follow at Oakwood Cemetery in Whitesboro. Pallbearers will be John Eagan, Jim Eagan, Rick Isham & Dennis Isham.

Visitation will be at Vilott Baptist Church one hour before the service.

Bill was born Tuesday, February 4, 1930 in Kansas City, Missouri, the son of John E. Eagan & Gertrude McGrath Eagan. He was of the Baptist faith and worked for Sears in Kansas City for over 30 years.

He is survived by his wife Betty of Denison; sons John Eagan & wife Mary of Chicago, Illinois, Jim Eagan & wife Susan of Kansas City, Missouri; daughter Patty Carson & husband Boyce of Kansas City, Missouri; step-sons Rick Isham & wife Debbie of Whitesboro, Texas, Dennis Isham & wife Teresa of Dangerfield, Texas; 2 granddaughters, and 2 grandsons.
