David Lee Parks

He was born in Midwest City, OK to Becky & Dan Parks on Sunday, January 6, 1974. He graduated from high school in Burkburnett, TX in 1991, graduating top of his class from the school of hard knocks. He worked in the oil and gas industry for 13 years. He was proud to consider himself oilfield trash. Dave had an enormous heart and loved spending time with his three girls and everyone that held a special place in his heart.

He was a member of the Banshees Motorcycle Club; he enjoyed riding motorcycles, shooting guns and reeking chaos everywhere he went. Dave was also known for that unmistakable warped sense of humor…..which we all appreciated.

On January 5, 2008 he married his wife Lindsey in Sherman, TX.

He was preceded in death by his uncle Lee Parks, grandparents Chuck and Joye Parks; Julia and George Romero.

He is survived by his wife Lindsey; daughter Lillie Ann of Sherman; Kristy Camp; daughters Kagen and Sierra Parks of Whitesboro; mother and step father Becky and Hank Whitson of Wichita Falls and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends.

Family visitation will be 6:00PM to 8:00PM, Sunday, April 14, 2013 at Bratcher Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be 2:00PM, Monday, April 15, 2013 at Bratcher Funeral Home Chapel.
