Funeral services will be held at 10:30AM Tuesday, March 16, 2010
in the chapel of Bratcher Funeral Home, 401 W. Woodard, Denison, Texas
75020. Rev. Neal Alexander will officiate and Lloyd Butts will give
the eulogy.
Burial will be in Georgetown Cemetery, Cemetery Rd. and Hwy 289,
Pottsboro, Texas. Pallbearers will be Robert Clement, Ron Young, Robert Goins,
Landon Goins, F.H. Lannom, and David Farris. Honorary Pallbearers will be
Joe Hicks, Tracy Goins, and Bob Salyer.
Mr. Waggoner was born June 5, 1937 in Willis, Oklahoma to the parents
of William Waggoner and Louise McAlister. Bill was a member of the Church of Christ.
He was in the concrete business for many years. Bill loved life and being with his family.
He also loved to fish and tend to his cows. He enjoyed going to Choctaw Casino.
Mr. Waggoner is survived by one son, Wendyl R. Waggoner, Jr. and
wife Pam of Savoy; two daughters Kim Robinson and husband John
of Bells, and Connie O’Neal and husband Lewis of Pottsboro; one sister
Barbara Cook of Denison; two brothers Carlos Waggoner and wife
Ernestine of Pottsboro, George Waggoner and wife Barbara of Denison;
four grandchildren: Kilee Adley and husband Kelley, Tanner Waggoner
and wife Elizabeth, Chelsea Jordan and husband Blake, Macie Robinson;
two great –grandchildren: Lexi Sanders and Kade Adley.
He was preceded in death by parents, wife Virginia Waggoner, brother
William Dale Waggoner, and granddaughter, Ashley Waggoner.
In Lieu of flowers, donations maybe made to American Cancer Association.
