Beverly Jeanne Whitfield Gentry

Graveside services will be held 2:00PM, Tuesday, October 30, 2012 at Cedarlawn Memorial Park Cemetery with Pastor Smith officiating.

Pallbearers will be Jason Caudill, Larry Gentry, Sr., Larry Gentry, Jr., B.K. McBride, Mike McBride and James Reynolds.

Beverly was preceded in death by her parents, James B. and Ruth (Ellington) Whitefield, son Jason Lynn Franklin, son James “Travis” Franklin and sister Patricia Smith.

She is survived by her husband, Richard Gentry, daughter Candace Byrd, son-in-law Jason Byrd, granddaughter Camberlee Byrd, grandson Jarrod Franklin; three nieces Mary Pat Davis, Jennifer Malone and Jerri Lynn Layton. The family would also like to give a special thanks to Georgiana Hurlbert for all her kindness and love to Berverly and Candace.

Beverly was a wonderful mother and an awesome grandmother. She enjoyed her time with her only grandson Jarrod and was excited when her first granddaughter Camberlee was born last month. She always loved the Lord with all her heart. She was a true blessing to all who knew her and she will be greatly missed. Beverly married Richard Gentry on July 3, 1998 in Grannis, Arkansas.

The family will have visitation at Bratcher Funeral Home on Monday, October 29, 2012 from 6:00PM to 7:00PM.
