Seymour Schwartz

Seymour (Sy) Schwartz, 88 of Palm Beach Gardens, Florida passed away on May 8, 2020. Born in Philadelphia, moving to New Jersey where he spent many years and then moved spending his retirement in South Florida.

Sy proudly served his country as an Airman during the Korean War. He also had a passion for education where he taught History and was also an administrator for decades.

Sy is survived by his loving wife Bernice Berman of Palm Beach Gardens, FL; daughter Beth Beyer, son in law Jeff Beyer and his grandchildren Ethan and Chase Beyer of Jacksonville, FL. Also survived by his five stepsons, their wives and many children and grandchildren, uncle Seymour to many nieces and nephews. Predeceased in death by his son Eric, wife Charlotte (Shirley) and sister Fay.

Sy passed away with his loving wife and his daughter by his side. He was a truly a wonderful man, beloved by all who were lucky enough to have known him.

Funeral services will be a private family graveside service on Monday, May 11, 2020 at 2:15 p.m. officiated by Rabbi Stephen Pinksky.
