Robert was born October 7, 1929 in Dorchester, MA. He was an Army veteran, a graduate of Brown University class of 1950 and a longtime executive in the shoe industry last serving as president of J Baker Inc.
He is survived by his wife, Erika Brandt Becker; children, Stephen Becker, his wife Maggie Mulhern and Jeffrey Becker, his wife Tobi Becker; grandchildren Kimberly, Adam, Margot and Tyler Becker.
A chapel service will be held Tuesday, April 17, 2018, 1:30 PM , Stanetsky Memorial Chapel, 1668 Beacon St., Brookline, MA 02445.
A committal service will follow at Baker Street Zviller Cemetery, Baker Street, West Roxbury, MA.
