Barry Stephen Rubin

RUBIN, Barry age 65 of Delray Beach passed away on January 23rd. Beloved husband of Candice Vavra Rubin; loving father of Jake Rubin and Caroline (Jason) Rubin Schulweis; Dear brother of Adrienne (Robert) Goldstein and Beth (Mitchell Hofing) Rubin. He received his bachelor's degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo cum laude, where he was the first sophomore student to become Sports Editor of The Spectrum, the University's newspaper. He received his law degree from Hofstra University School of Law, and practiced at his own law firm in New York City for more than 30 years. His interests included criminal law, the Jets and Mets, traveling to Aruba, Napa & Italy, and attending Jimmy Buffett concerts.

Graveside Service 3 pm Wednesday, January 25th at Eternal Light Memorial Gardens, 11520 N. State Road 7, Boynton Beach, Fl 33473 561-737-7411. Donations may be made to the University of Buffalo Alumni Association.
