She lived in Delano most of her life. She went to cosmetology school and worked small jobs here and there, but mostly she was a housewife. She had to be available on weekends to go on the adventures whether it be hiking and exploring caves the mountains to the coast with her family she loves spending time visiting with her family and friends. She also loves gardening, planting beautiful flowers and painting her legacy will live in all of her children.
Mary is survived by her son Rudy Alba; her son Efren Paca; and her daughter Gina Chow; her sister Alice, her sister Jenny and her sister Josie. Mary also leaves behind 8 grandkids; Sabrina, Jasmin, Joshua, Ryan, Brandon, Izak, Bryce, and Jade. 7 great grandkids; Juli, Xavier, Liam, Osvaldo, Leo, Mateo, and Sophia.
Mary was preceded in death by her husband Paul Paca; her father Jesus C. Escalante and her mother Estefana Lopez; her brother Trini; her brother Lino; her brother Martin; her brother Mac; her brother Frankie; her brother Paul; her brother Benny; her brother Henry; her brother Henry; her brother Philip; her sister Rosie and her sister Stella.
A celebration of life for Mary will be held Thursday, November 16, 2023 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at Funeraria Del Angel Delano, 707 Browning Road, Delano, CA 93215. Following the celebration of life will be a committal service from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at North Kern District Cemetery, 627 Austin St., Delano, CA 93215.
Serving as pallbearers are Rudy Alba, Ryan Alba, Brandon Alba, Efren Paca, Izak Chow and Bryce Chow.
