He was born on August 8, 1971, to Robert and Kanha Weber in Hutchinson Kansas.
He met Heather Hartling in 2001, they later married on April 23, 2010 in Oklahoma City, OK. They had 20 wonderful years together.
He was born into a military family and as such lived in various states including Texas, Utah, and Oklahoma. He also lived in Thailand and Okinawa. While living in Okinawa he was avid in baseball and bowling. He played against the Japanese all-star team in little league baseball. He graduated from Del City High School. Bill worked various jobs including Allergy Labs and Smith & Nephew. His daughter Melina was the love of his life. He also enjoyed sports and bowled in several leagues in town. He was an avid Sooner fan and watched every game he could.
William is survived his wife Heather, daughter Melina, his parents Robert and Kanha Weber, sisters Jume (Michael) Anderson, Melanie (Forrest) Young, brother Kenneth Weber, stepdaughters Katlynn, Kristin, and Victoria Haley, many nieces, nephews, and many aunts, uncles, and cousins in Kansas.
Visitation will be at Sunny Lane Funeral Home 4pm to 8pm Monday, February 22, 2021. Funeral services will be 2pm Tuesday, February 23, 2021 at Sunny Lane Funeral Home.
