William W. Reeder

William “Bill “Reeder passed away on August 29, 2021, surrounded by his loved ones. Bill was born on August 22, 1947, in Oklahoma City, OK to Jesse and Ruth (Wilson) Reeder. He was a proud Army veteran and member of the Caddo Nation of Oklahoma. Bill is survived by his beloved children, Jennifer Reeder and husband, Ralph Crump of Moore, OK; and Andrea Reeder of Oklahoma City, OK; grandchildren, Anthony Reeder and Clarisa Crump; sister-in-law, Sue Reeder; nieces, Lottie Northcutt and husband, Steve; Karen Reeder; and Lanie Taylor and husband, Randy; and grand-nieces and nephews, Leigh Ann Reeder and Glen Reeder; Emily McCumber and husband Chase; Kelli and Erin Reeder; Courtney Kendrick and husband Matt; and Tanner Taylor and wife Alexis. He was predeceased by his parents; his brother Merle Reeder; his sister, Merlene Given; and his grandparents, Harry and Bessie (Wolf) Reeder; and William and Lottie (Parton) Wilson. He attended Central High School in Oklahoma City prior to joining the military. Bill retired from Tinker Airforce Base after 30 years of government service. His favorite pastimes were coaching softball and watching OU football. He was known for his love of sports cars and he loved to take trips to Las Vegas every year with his friends and family. Bill loved his friends and family very much. His children and grandchildren were the light of his life. He had a very kind and generous spirit and we will forever miss his love, humor, and continuous presence in our lives. Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 2, 2021 at Bill Eisenhower Funeral Home in Del City, OK. Graveside services will be held on Friday, September 3, 2021 at Arlington Memory Gardens, 3400 N. Midwest Blvd., Midwest City.
