Born in Hinton, OK on May 2, 1935, lovingly known as “Grandma” to many. She passed from us to be with our Lord on June 16, 2017. She was kind, generous and a blessing to all that knew her.
Grandma was an avid OU fan and followed every game. Grandma retired from Tinker Air Force base as an Airplane Mechanic.
Grandma is preceded in death by her husband, John Proctor; and one daughter, Janet Proctor Martinez; her parents Lloyd and Bessie Williams Tounwin; three Simpson; three sons, Robert Bear, Charles & wife Sally Bear, Tracy Bear; and two daughters Barbara Barr Tounwin and Naomi & husband Yogi Harjo; and grandson Timothy Proctor.
She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and nineteen great grandchildren.
