Tammy was born in Quy Nhon, Vietnam, on June 16, 1963. In 1978, she fled her homeland in search of a better life, enduring a harrowing journey across the seas. Her tiny boat crossed paths with a French cargo ship, and she spent 18 months in a refugee camp in South Korea. In December of 1980, Tammy finally arrived in the United States, settling in Oklahoma City. She graduated from Classen High School in 1984 and went on to study at Oklahoma City Community College, where she began to pave the way for her future.
For 25 years, Tammy built a successful career with Johnson Controls. After leaving the company, she embraced her entrepreneurial spirit and became a businesswoman, owning numerous businesses and rental properties throughout her life.
Tammy was a beacon of unwavering friendship, kindness, and love, will forever reside in our hearts. Her legacy, exemplified by her compassion, will continue to inspire and guide us.Tammy was a loving and dedicated mother to her children and a loving wife to her husband.
She is survived by her husband Tracy Davis, her children: Jennifer Le, Paul Nguyen Le, and Elizabeth Tee, her son-in-law Kendall Tee, and her granddaughter Ellie Quynh Anh Milam, the apple of her eye.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude’s to further cancer research.

A visitation for Tammy will be held Monday, January 6, 2025 from 10am to 8pm and on Tuesday, January 7, 2025 from 9am-8pm at Bill Eisenhour Funeral Home, 4000 SE 29th Street, Del City, OK 73115.
