Susan Marie Archer

Susan (Sue) Marie Archer, 92 of Midwest City, OK, went home to her Lord and Savior on Tuesday afternoon, November 22, 2022. She was born on July 4, 1930, to William H. and Bess Rice. She was a Midwest City High School graduate, and worked in banking and real estate for many years. Sue was a dedicated charter member of Eastside Church of Christ, where she was a bible school teacher for many years. She will be remembered as a loving, doting grandmother; someone who would open her doors to anyone for any reason.

Sue is preceded in death by her beloved husband Edmond Archer; her parents, William H. and Bess Rice; and her son, Patrick Archer. Sue leaves cherished memories with her brother, Gene Riceand his wife Lyn of Great Falls, Virginia; her daughter Carolyn Marston, from Midwest City, OK; son Rick Archer and his wife Sue of Choctaw, OK; grandkids Crystal Davis and her husband Matt, Dustin Archer, Lance Marston and his wife Tammy, Carey Marston, and Chris Archer; 9 great-grandchildren; and 9 great-great-grandchildren.

Services to celebrate her beautiful life will be at Eastside Church of Christ, 916 S. Douglas Blvd., Midwest City, OK on Monday, November 28, 2022 at 2pm, with burial to follow at Sunny Lane Cemetery.
